VirtualBox - PXE booting causes the first several packets to be 'lost' #47

How to reproduce:

Boot a host via PXE. Start pinging random IP address on the PXE boot network to generate ARP packets

IanSeyler added the x86-64 label

IanSeyler added bug and removed x86-64 labels

The length of the packet received is correct but the packet data is all 0x00
