Is White Titlebar in Dark Theme with Mica Normal? #658

Description

It's old issue
I noticed that other themes are not white since changing theme is able in control pannel
I don;t wanna enable accent color in titlebar, because that makes mica effect gone

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Select the theme named "mica"
  2. Exit MicaForEveryone
  3. the titlebar is white, there's no mica effect

Rectify11 Version

2.9.8.5 ~ 3.2.70.2

Windows Version

Windows 11, 22H2+

Logs

There's no any error so I don't have any log
