Summary

Add unicode language identifiers to Locale

What is the feature request for?

The core library

The Problem

For some applications the language ID is required e.g. de -> de-DE.

The Ideal Solution

Add an attribute to Locale which accesses a hardcoded mapping.

The Current Solution

No response
