Now my question:
Is there any posibility to connect more than One Device with one ESP?
I hav 2 Mppt Charger and would like to connect them to one ESP.

Well,
the esp32 can use multiplelines. But that would need some additional programming and you would connect them via ground which might not be what you want.
I would suggest to use one ESP per device
