Hi is there any way this would work with the localhost machine Fred rather than a remote PI, I can run each glassplayer via a cron in webmin , but when it needs to change streams, it will not start the next stream as it sticks to the audio card.
Currently we use audacious with playlists but if a stream is not live it for any reason or the system comes off live feed it will fill the playout with error messages which seems to lock the system up quite a lot and we can not turn the error reporting off which is a shame as its worked for years fine before the last couple of updates so this would be able to replace that system. also by any chance would this be able to put a playlist in at any point too.
we currently run playist with a jingle first to time up the stream, then a stream, jingle, backup stream, jingle. return, so it will look for the stream and if not there play a jingle , look for backup stream , then jingle and back to start.

Thank You
