This PR adds fft algorithm for dominant frequency calculation and refactors the previous pr according to technical task description such that all the arrays used in there are statically allocated.
Test coverage
[x] Check with Gtest the dominant freq finding algorithm
[x] Checked on real device with Haptikos app for IOS
