TypeError when dumping nvram in pjl (a bytes-like object is required, not 'str') #55

When trying to use the option nvram dump the following error is shown:

[redacted]:/> nvram dump
Writing copy to nvram/[redacted]
Program Error (a bytes-like object is required, not 'str')

I have the same error. Haven't found a solution but it seems to be a python error.
