Details

Same scenario as previous regressions just different build version.
You must clear your cache to test this issue specifically your PPU cache.
Using old cache still works on master meaning you can use the 0.0.32-16846 build to generate a cache, update to current release version and continue playing the game without issue.

This is a new regression because it's issue is caused by a new build version. I advise locking the older tickets and allowing discussion to occur on the new tickets.
