Lighthouse sync issue

Lighthouse sync seems to be broken for miatoll atm, task link - https://cirrus-ci.com/task/5988898886123520

while it does say revision not found, there hasn't been any changes in branch naming in my trees or in my local manifest since the last successful build. Manually removing the dirs should fix the issue.
