Send to the Prometeo device the time and date #6

We should send to the Prometeo device the time and date of the mobile.

To do that we can create a new characteristic in the Prometeo device and we can write this characteristic from the mobile app.

We can do this update when we select a device in the scan process or when we enter in the app after being closed, this is a proposal.
