@mrodrise created a class in Android code to represent the location. Work expected to be done by end of the week.

confirm if web socket and mqttclient services need to be updated @upkarlidder
store location in the database. This will need changes to:
mqttclient service
database schema

The location information is not personally identifiable as the data is completely anonymized - @krook

The app will not capture location information if the device is offline.
