Get data from the device and update dashboard and send to IOT platform when the app remain in background

When we change the applications and it remains in background, the bluetooth service stop reading the data.

When we come back to the application there is not new updates from the bluetooth.

It should be analyze how to go on getting data through ble from the device when going to background. The app should be sending the data to the cloud and painting the values in the dashboard.
