Config options to toggle Update Suppression builds

Honestly, update suppression should be brought back.
It isn't a duping method anymore, nor is it really dangerous.
Mojang even made the whole system much simpler, on purpose.
This is used heavily in a ton of technical farms, etc, and would be a step towards letting purpur be used by technical players.
The exact update suppression feature i'm talking about is portal slicing.
It should be as simple as a simple option in the purpur config.
