Add permission nodes/bypass functionality for more Vanilla features.

I have a question/suggestion. For a number of features in vanilla, such as "spawn-protection", "allow-flight", and Command/Structure/Jigsaw Blocks, operators have permission to use/bypass them. However, there is no respective permission node, so the privilege can't be granted to users without operator access.

For other features (such as "force-gamemode"), there is no bypass functionality at all (as far as I know). I would like to ask if it would be possible for Purpur to add the respective permission nodes? The ability to grant these privileges without giving operator access would be useful. Similarly, a bypass functionality for certain features that don't offer this by default would be helpful as well.
