Chatting should reset AFK timer

When using purpur AFK, chatting does not reset the afk timer, making for some odd things in chat, where someone will be displayed as AFK, but very active in chat.
It also works against the other AFK features if someone is being considered AFK while still actively chatting/participating (not ticking entities around them/no mob target)
