What should the syntax for directives in comments be? :>

Particularly the "make sure to compile this and let me know if you don't!" and "compile this into INST mode if you're compiling but don't put it into INST mode unless you compile it and make it superfast" directive blocks XD

I just up and made up *# in CAOS2PRAY (without asking anyone since I didn't really expect anyone to use it XD ^^'' ), but should we use it for CaoticDreams too, or keep them separate?

(If reusing it'd cause a problem with Jagent's implementation of CAOS2PRAY I can just y'know...make it not XD )

(But it might be better to keep them separate for other reasons (eg, so they can evolve independently and maybe have overlapping syntaxes!))

Some suggestions of others:
*{INST? and *INST?}
*<INST? and *INST?>
*{{INST?}} and *{{/INST?}}
*<INST?> and *</INST?> haha HCML XD
