Add GitHub integrations to docs

This adds a few minor, nice-to-have github integrations for our docs. These are:

1. Visual component that links back and displays github repo information in top bar
2. Edit docs link for submitting quick edits.
3. Display of docs git history details, including authors, created date, and last edit date.
