Imported Assets being Stored in The Engine Template #5

I am having an issue in that all of the assets I import into a project based on this template are being stored in Engine\Templates\TemplateResources\High\Geometry\Content instead of the local project folder. Then I have the externally referenced asset issue. Is this a bug or do you have an idea how to resolve it?
