[GraphSDK] Allow page compaction #60

To be able to have lower number of pages on the page we would like to implement a page compaction process that does the following

Compact all existing connections into lowest number of page
Starting pages from the minimum so if there are any holes it will be filled

aramikm added enhancement GraphSDK Private Graph labels
