Describe the solution you'd like
The Workflow manager is to be updated to trigger workflows based on the new WorkflowRequestMessage schema. This new structure caters for triggering by other sources/modalities DIMSE, STOW, FHIR, HL7, and more. Please see Project-MONAI/monai-deploy#127
