KML download is either empty or shows less polygons that are in the wrong place #2

I am looking at an area that shows a lot of orange polygons and a few light blue polygons. When I download the png, it works and matches the extents on the webpage. But the KML download is empty. I tried downloading a more extensive area, which showed two polygons that did not line up with anything in the PNG or web app.

@lmuller92 Could you please share a screenshot of GFM and share the coordinates of the location?
