[FEATURE] Hard Code Expected Funding

Problem

For people that want to use pots and are expecting an amount and want it on the front end. Also hacked together way of displaying tokens.

Need to change sponsorship dashboard to add expected funds

Need to change estimated balance amount on preview and on pot page

User Story(s):

• ability to add additional funds expected, with .near account (or just name if not near address), currency, chain, amount
• should render into dollars and display in full amount
• display as sponsor based on near address, if no near address.
• Only admins / owners /chefs can add expected amount
• this maybe the case in mpdao
