[BUG]Success Modal Not Displaying After Project Creation

Describe the bug
After successfully creating a project and signing it in the wallet, the success modal does not appear as expected. Users are left without confirmation that their project has been created, leading them to believe that the process may not have worked. The modal only appears after refreshing the page, which can cause confusion and uncertainty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the project creation page in the Potlock web app.
Fill in all required fields and create a new project.
Sign the project in the wallet.
Observe that the success modal does not appear immediately after signing.
Refresh the page to see that the project was created successfully, but no confirmation was provided initially.
