Custom field not populated in Jira

Details:

A custom field populated in the request is not reflecting on Jira. Passing the same source value to the Description field causes it to show in Description, so it's not a source value issue.

Look at the Detailed mode, the name of the field seems to be passed as customfield_10145_textfield, looking at Atlassian API docs (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-3-issue-post) it looks like the name should be passed as only customfield_10145 without the _textfield appendix?
