Bright stadium lights might need exposure to go lower than we currently have it at.

per discord, also attempt to reduce the minimum exposure time from 1000us down to something like 20us? Need to check where the "floor" is. https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=180854 indicates it's around 18 us.
