i used your tool to enable a downsampling profile (1440p@120hz)
i would just like to ask about why valkyria chronicles seem to be running on integrated graphics (even though I have intel HD graphics not installed and disabled on the BIOS)
I did everything I could already just to make that game run in constant 60fps but no success (turn off vsync, set framerate to screen refresh (60hz) etc..
GPU is also reporting no activity during the gameplay so I'm guessing it does not really communicate with the GPU :(
all other games work fine, its just this PC port that's not working properly.
it sucks that there's actually a youtube video where it works on 60fps even at 4k using the same GPU i have (R9 390) and an older CPU (i5-4500, while mine is i5-6500)
