The P4 file has books 9-17
http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/text?doc=Perseus%3Atext%3A1999.01.0083%3Abook%3D9%3Achapter%3D1%3Asection%3D1

but when this was ported over to GitHub, the replacement file started with Book 11.
The missing data is in
diod.hist09-10_gk.xml
