We miss here that SBProxy is needed to register a platform in Service Manager.
This current case this is an implementation detail, but we need to describe another role "SM Platform agent" that describe this.
In old description we assume that SBProxy accommodate this role too.

Again, we may decouple the both roles:
- Service Broker Proxy that has a role to represent single OSB API compliant Service Broker registered in Service Manager.
- Service Manager Platform Agent that has a role to ensure communication between Service Manager and single Platform, and is also responsible to register/unregister Service Broker Proxies in Platform specific way.
