Issue

Active machines window does not update when adding new machine through that window.

• Adding a machine using the Add Machine window directly from Main Menu (never opening Active Machines) seems to work.
• Machine added through Add New Machine button on Active Machines Window does not refresh the window.
• When closing and opening the active machines window again, the active machines do not refresh with the new added machine.
• When trying to add the machine again, it is already stated to be in the database, but Active Machines implies it's not there (or inactive by default).
