I tried to use the environment variable RQ_DASHBOARD_PASSWORD but it didn't work.

Only the first way works:

rq-dashboard -b 127.0.0.1 -p 9181 --password=$REDISPWD

RQ_DASHBOARD_PASSWORD=$REDISPWD rq-dashboard -b 127.0.0.1 -p 9181

export RQ_DASHBOARD_PASSWORD=$REDISPWD
rq-dashboard -b 127.0.0.1 -p 9181
