Luminosity value with error

Some papers (for example, 30.pdf) give luminosity with error, like (X+-Y) fb-1. Current regular expressions cannot detect luminosity in such cases.

Note 1 - at least two different variants of +- are possible, see 30.pdf for second one.
Note 2 - this may affect other attributes, but so far i've only encountered papers with luminosity errors.
