Use new cluster plugin API #1

Caddy now has first-class support for these kinds of plugins, which changed this week: https://github.com/mholt/caddy/wiki/Writing-a-Plugin:-Cluster-Support

And they can be added to the Caddy website if you'd like.

Let me know how it goes! We can also link to it from the CertMagic repo when you're done.

Coool! I'll probably move this to my own custom github space, then try and work on this !!
