OpenXT OpenEmbedded proprietary repository

1. Check out as $OE_XENCLIENT_DIR/repos/extra

2. Add $OE_XENCLIENT_DIR to BBPATH in oeenv.

3. Add "require conf/xenclient-extra.conf" to local.conf

do_build.sh does all of the above automatically.
