repeated audible warning when location is not on

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't always have location turned on. When I start open tracks It beeps once and I assume everything is good and get moving. A hour later I find location is off and nothing but the time has been recorded.

Describe the solution you'd like
If location is turned off there should be a repeating notification sound to alert the user. Not the same sound or setting as "idle" since "idle" goes off repeatly under tree cover so often it's not useable (idle is very good for those who have open sky above) for me and the issue should be considered different then location turned off vs weak signal.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A much larger warning when location is off at any time the app is running. But still a repeating notification. So many things make a phone ding who pays attention to a single beep?
One ding just seems to not be a warning
Maybe a custom sound every 5 mins I could set to say "location is off" or play a" klaxon" which is more of an alarm then "ding"
Maybe enable setting the sound for GPS disabled in the app setting >notification sound settings, I think android is pushing all sounds to be set there and not in app. (Which is silly IMHO to put more work on the os)
