Add support for Cloud Linux contextualization.

Cloud Linux is a CentOS based distribution, so the existing CentOS package should more or less work with small or none changes. There is a public cloud image (https://docs.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux_installation/#cloudlinux-os-images) which could be used for marketplace.

Hi, we'd like to see CloudLinux Images in OpenNebula.

We tried to make our own images but context for network in CL7-8 doesn't work.
