What usage scenarios do you have in mind?
I think this would be a low priority feature for me. Having said that, the plugin does already do something similar for specific cases such as auto-mounting and dealing with LVM so it's feasible to extend this to being user-configurable.
I'm having some issues with some other services running on encrypted disks, and ususally I fix them restarting the service once I unlocked the volume. An example is Plex, wich it's database is stored on the locked disk. When the system starts, the process crashes, so after I unlocked the disk I neet do SSH my server and give a sudo service plexmediaserver start.
It would be great to run automatically a script after a specific disk is unlocked
