Pluggable AI: Clean up skeleton code handling the websocket during the actual game #212

After the Pluggable AI is in an actual game, it has a websocket open to the game service used to receive board updates and to send directions to turn.

Make the skeleton code in the pluggable AI service cleaner.

Could have examples of responding to the game ending messages and storing what place the AI got.
