Do a full test-run of a conference scenario:

mobile phones
BYO router
connecting to external display

Take note of pain points in the setup process, record bugs, bring in others to test UX.

Feedback from @gcharters:

We've done this an the main issue is connecting to an unknown network - some people don't like the idea. We take old phone along to use as controllers. We've also run locally and set up local hotspot.
