Cubic chunks version 12550

Forge version: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2859

Steps to reproduce:

1. put in far plane 2 mod
2. put in forgerock terra 121 cubic world gen and lets encrypt mc (optifine too)
3. the error shows up for cubic chunks 12550 which isnt a thing

Expected Behavior: runs as normal with cubic chunk 1208

Actual Behavior:says it requires a nonexistant version of cubic chunks
