How is this course licenced please? Is it CC-BY?

@samuk I couldn't find any license information for the course materials but I did find this license for the related XRP guide:
https://github.com/Open-STEM/XRPUsersGuide/blob/7c71307bfa917697bfba7f33c3a3d7d5a8a39d35/LICENSE

I assume that the XRP developers intend for their other works to be licensed similarly but it would be valuable to have an explicit statement in each repository.

Not that I have seen. I'd did see your nudge in the XRP Discourse site.
I'm having difficulty understanding their take on open-source.
