Describe the bug
Text recognition with the "Japanese vertical" language seems to produce mostly gibberish results (they are a bit more coherent than if you try normal Japanese on vertical text, but still don't seem to reflect in any way the actual content of the sentence).
Most kanji don't match and even kana seems to mostly get misrecognized or even recognized as normal letter. This happens even with short pieces of text.
I think I recall it used to work better, but it's been a long while since I used it. (I did update all the plugins)

To Reproduce
Try to recognize a piece of Japanese vertical text using the "Japanese vertical" recognition package.

Expected behavior
The recognized text should at least partially match the actual text.

Hi! Yes, it's broken. I tried to hotfix this some time ago, but failed. I don't have time for a more wide research right now, so it'll remain broken for a while :(

Damn, that's a shame. Is there a way to maybe revert to an older version of the recognizer? Sice it used to work.

Try to install the old version of the app. Maybe some translators are still working
