I really like omega but i am frustrated that the default solver app is not up to date. The one used in omega 2.0.2 dates back to epsilon 15, and doesn't solve some equations as i would like (some 4th degree). The default solver app from epsilon 17 and later can solve those equations really well, and i am not able to modify the files myself. I have tried but i am lacking technical knowledge about the relations between files. Obviously replacing the solver folder by the new one won't compile, and deleting or modifying some lines of code fix some issues and create others.
If you guys could make the solver better for next version or help me do it myself, i would be thankful.

Hello. I'd like do underline that it's FORBIDDEN (because of the license of e16+) to copy/reuse/fork code of recent epsilon versions (>15.5.0). To get features like 4th degree equations solving, someone will have to code itself the new features. Hoping it helps

Thanks a lot I did not know that. Do you know if i am allowed to do it if it is a strictly personal usage?
Edit: I guess I'll have to do it myself :)
