@vnetonline , have you tried using an App Service Plan of 2 or 3, as suggested in issue #5? You can select this in the Azure deployment parameters.

HI all, i have same issue, i tried S2 and still not able to deploy. it says Failed to add 'C:\local\UserProfile.dotnet\tools' to the PATH environment variable. Add this directory to your PATH to use tools installed with 'dotnet tool install'.
Can you please help. Thanks
