When I forked this repo and enabled Dependabot alerts from the Security tab, I received many security warnings for deprecated packages. Running npm install on the command line from the ClientApp folder also shows some deprecated package warnings.

Please also consider upgrading node-sass. I did a bit of research on the issue described in #5, and it sounds like there are performance improvements which may resolve the deployment issue without needing to use plan tier 2 as in #12.
