Docs for using ORA on Arbitrum

Adding some docs on how to use ORA on Arbitrum 👍
Arbitrum One and Aribtrum Sepolia are supported by ORA.

We're currently working on a campaign together (ChAIn Reactions with Arbitrum & ORA) but we're not yet on the ecosystem page. I've seen the form and I'll send it off quickly, I've prepared the pr so it'll be easier once it's done.

Notes to reviewers:
I'm not sure what's the best way to display solidity in your doc, that's why I put jsx tags, but if you've got something better please let me know
