Changeset URL Incorrect #180

Trying to integrate the release notes functionality, however the generated url for the changeset is incorrect. We have one project in TFS and all our code is nested under a subfolder, the link generated appends the folders rather than linking to the top level changeset. Example below:

Generated link: : https://xxx.visualstudio.com////_versionControl/changeset/

Actual link: https://xxx.visualstudio.com//_versionControl/changeset//
