When MD for an ensemble is calculated based on a well path, also compute TVD based on the MD. If TVD is taken directly from RFT, the TVD count can be different to MD count, causing the statistics curves to not be computed and displayed correctly.

Hide statistics legend items when ensemble curves are visible.
