Color legend adjustments

Use of floor/ceil when rounding min/max values introduced a minor issue when only a single value is represented in the data set. When this is the case, min/max value should be set to the same value.

Investigate if the floor/ceil approach works as expected for negative values, and a combination of negative and positive values.
