Error reading resource 'ModelCompiler.CSVs.MDIS.csv' #160

When building model compiler, it results in the following error.
error CS1566: Error reading resource 'ModelCompiler.CSVs.MDIS.csv'

It look like there are many csv files missing in CSV directory in latest changes from maxschiffer
in pull request: #149

Please remove the file from your local copy of the project.
