[Issue] Touch events on touch screen is slow compared to mouse events

Describe the Bug

I am using touch screen. When i rotate 3d image it lags but with mouse events, its working fine.
Also I am using vuplex3d for rendering application in Unity. I have to decrease the resolution for optimal performance.

Any chance to increase more cpu power to the application

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open dicom (CT/MRI files) file/Folder in 3d format
2. Rotate image using touch events
3. Contrast it using mouse events

The current behavior

Application is lagging when rotating 3d image using touch events on touch screen

The expected behavior

Application should not be lagging on touch screen when rotating images
